Business Development Executive (BDE)

Locations: HYDERABAD | PUNE | LUDHIANA | TUTICORIN | MUMBAI | AHMEDABAD

Qualification: ANY GRADUATE/ MBA IN MARKETING OR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Experience: 2+ years

Job Summary

  • Responsible for P/L of Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance business of the Branch.
  • Managing and controlling Sales & Operation activities of Branch.
  • Responsible for building and developing the Freight forwarding, Custom Clearance business.
  • Responsible for achieving Branch sales target and individual sales target & Key customer relationship holding.
  • Build Database & Action Plan To Achieve Business Plan.
  • Monitor, control and drive improvement to position the departments to deliver the required results in the business plan.
  • Apply specialist knowledge of markets and industries to support the sales efforts to new clients, including supporting the Integrated Sales Force and sales presentations.
  • Support Executive / Managers in the execution of development solutions for clients.
  • Imparting Training & development plan for Air & Sea Freight Manager / Executives.
  • Credit control; maintain cost within budget, Statutory & legal compliance.
